The new HYATT HOTEL is going up to the South of the Poinsettia condo complex, so please be aware that there is a 12 story building next door, but sufficient privacy fencing and barriers have been installed on the borderline. Most of the exterior work has been completed, so the work next door is primarily inside, and completion is set for the Fall of 2025.

With only twenty-four apartments in the complex, along with a large freshwater swimming pool and oceanfront cabana, Poinsettia provides all the amenities necessary for a memorable Caribbean getaway.

Adjacent to Poinsettia, Cocoplum Condos lies to the immediate north, while to the south, Pageant Beach—a seven-acre plot currently undergoing construction—will soon be home to the new Grand Hyatt, Grand Cayman. Privacy barriers and walls ensure a peaceful ambiance within the unit, undisturbed by external noise.

Beyond lies The Wharf restaurant, a seaside institution renowned for its delectable steak and seafood offerings.   The condo was in a great location for us - with a 20 minute walk to George Town and a short walk to a supermarket. The condo was clean and very spacious and had we not been there for work would have been a lovely place to relax!

  The condo itself was lovely as was the property. The 12 story new building should have been revealed since it affect the noise and pool area. Photos were not updated to show the enormity of the project. The jack hammers were constant and certainly took away from the the beautiful condos and what should have been a peaceful vacation.
  Separate of that, everyone at Cayman Villas was efficient and organized.

  Generally it was pretty good. Good location. Property Manager was great and quick to respond to any issues we had, which were not many. Unfortunately the property was right beside a major construction site which was loud everyday. Also the furniture around the pool and gazebo needs to be replaced. Beach was unusable for us because of the rocks and where it was.
