Tucked away on a spectacular stretch of the south coast in Bodden Town, Pease Bay Manor is a secluded beachfront estate set on over 3 acres of lush private land with 400 feet of pristine sandy beach. Set well back from the road, the property offers exceptional privacy and tranquility—making it feel like your own private Caribbean sanctuary.

This spacious 6-bedroom, two-story beach house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for extended families, two families traveling together, or a group of friends looking for a relaxed island escape.

The property’s expansive grounds and breathtaking beachfront are truly special. The calm, crystal-clear waters and nearby reef create excellent conditions for snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming right from the beach. Guests often spot colorful tropical fish and marine life just offshore.

To help you enjoy the water, the owners have provided 3 kayaks (1 double and 2 singles) and a paddleboard for guests use, perfect for exploring the coastline or paddling out to the reef. Snorkeling gear and beach toys are also available for guests to enjoy.

A charming seaside gazebo overlooking the Caribbean Sea provides the perfect setting to unwind—whether enjoying morning coffee, reading in the shade, or watching the sunset with a cocktail as the ocean breeze rolls in.

Inside, Pease Bay Manor offers a bright, welcoming atmosphere with generous living spaces designed for relaxation and gathering together. The comfortable living room features plush seating, while the dining area enjoys panoramic views of the gardens, beach, and sea beyond. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for the whole group.

The home features six spacious bedrooms, including:

* Two additional bedrooms with ensuites
* Two further bedrooms sharing additional bathrooms

With a mix of king, queen, twin, and twin/trundle beds, the home comfortably accommodates guests of all ages. Laundry facilities are also available for convenience.

Despite its peaceful and private setting, Pease Bay Manor is perfectly located for exploring Grand Cayman. The home is approximately a 30-minute drive to George Town and Seven Mile Beach, and about 30 minutes to Rum Point and the East End, where you’ll find some of the island’s best beachfront dining and water activities.

Popular nearby dining and beach spots include Rum Point Club Beach Bar and Restaurant, Kaibo Yacht Club, Tukka East, The Italian Kitchen, Herman's Fish Fry, Czech Inn, and Vivienne's Kitchen, all offering fantastic food, drinks, and beautiful ocean views.

Nature lovers and adventurers can also explore nearby attractions such as the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, Crystal Caves, the Parrot Sanctuary, and the Mastic Trail, or enjoy world-class diving and snorkeling with several dive operators in East End and Rum Point.

    The house inside AND outside is AMAZING! Unbelievable private shoreline to swim/snorkel some/relax. Nice quiet and private area. Every detail from cleanliness to 2 hoses to wash off from outside to large spaces to gather inside and out! The yardskeeper so nice--cracked coconuts for our kids! And mostly, the host-Sue. So attentive and timely to any needs. She gave us suggestions we didn't even ask for, borrowed us some toys and a crib for our infant. Best experience we've ever had-all around! Bodden Town is a good CENTRAL location to explore all of Grand Cayman. Need a vehicle to get around though--not very walkable to anywhere (small road shoulders).

    There were 7 of us from three families at Pease Bay Manor. We all thoroughly enjoyed the week there. The house is large and comfortable. The gazebo is fantastic. The kitchen is well supplied. Plenty of towels, and kayaks and snorkeling equipment is supplied, including water shoes, which were very much appreciated. If you want to see Cayman, you will want to rent a car. The property owner is the onsite manager, and is incredibly attentive and responsive. Two thumbs up, Eliza! Overall, it is a great value for the cost. Couldn't recommend it more.
