Sundowner offers a unique and secluded condo experience nestled in the tranquil northern stretch of our beloved Seven Mile Beach. This pristine expanse of powdery white sand beckons for swimming, snorkeling, or leisurely strolls. Here, you can relish solitude, snorkel right in front of your condominium, or take a serene walk to nearby hotels, such as The Kimpton Seafire (bars, restaurants, a spa, a coffee shop and watersports), restaurants, and water sports facilities, along with the Indigo and Bonny Moon beachfront restaurant and bar!

Just a brief 10 minute stroll from Sundowner, you'll discover two exclusive waterfront restaurants, Morgan's and Bacaro, nestled within the Cayman Islands Yacht Club. The nearby Anchor Store offers convenience items and a charming spot to sit and admire passing boats. For the adventurous spirits, renting a boat to explore the North Sound, Stingray City, and the Rum Point area is an enticing option, with the convenience of collecting the boat from the CI Yacht Club. Alternatively, embark on a day trip with many Stingray City excursions and private boat charters departing from the Yacht Club.

Sundowner 3 boasts three spacious bedrooms (2 Kings and 2 Twins), accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. This self-sufficient ground floor unit features a fully equipped kitchen, a generous living and dining area, and an outdoor tiled patio with a gas BBQ. Both the living room and the primary bedroom offer access to the exterior patio, providing the perfect setting to unwind at the end of the day and savor the breathtaking Cayman sunsets with a refreshing cocktail in hand! The other two bedrooms feature a King Bed and 2 Twin beds, both with ensuite bathrooms.

  Had a great time. Hope to return in a couple of years. Neighbors were friendly. Wished they would have supplied Paper products and trash can liners, kitchen could have been stocked better. ie. bigger skillet. Regardless, great location and will return!

The PM usually fully stocks the unit with paper towels and trash bags, so not sure why you didn't get any, our sincere apologies. I will check with Jose and ensure it does not get overlooked again, and if anything is amiss during a guests stay we always recommend they call the PM right away, as Jose is lovely and will rectify anything immediately!   Quiet location both beach and residence. Almost felt like private beach most times. Owners anticipated and provided for what would be needed for a lengthy stay at a clean well appointed rental. With chairs and umbrellas both outside our door and steps to water, it added to overall experience. Shopping, restaurants and activities very close. We chose to have a car, which made it easier to get around island. When back on island, would look at this property again.

  Fantastic! The villa was a perfect location, quiet, right on the beach. Clean & comfortable. The property manager was available & there was a minor problem with the lights in the bathrooms that he came immediately & fixed.
  The experience was all that we had hoped for....including the turtles that lumbered up he beach from the sea to lay their eggs (under the cover of darkness).

  This was the ideal place for a Grand Cayman vacation. Very comfortable and well equipped condo with everything needed for a great stay. Just steps from a great stretch of Seven Mile Beach, relatively secluded with beautiful beachfront/water. The property is still close to nearby amenities, restaurants, and grocery stores. The property manager was very responsive to any questions, and check in and check out were painless. Would definitely stay here again!
