  The location of white sands can’t be beat! Amazing beach, calm water, quiet neighbors, safe and clean. We will be back!
  
  There are public tree lots next door. No bother except music Saturday night. Very few people on what felt like a private beach.
  
  Paper products and soap provided. We bought ground coffee, shampoo and sunscreen at Foster’s along with our food. We walked to Cocolobo for dinner and boarded a Red Sail boat at the Kimpton which is just a 15 minute walk.
  
  You can walk the beach north and south. The White Sands area has one of the widest but least populated beaches. Property has foot showers outside, foot wash, and clothes drying rack. Each patio is private. Lounge chairs for each unit. Safe parking. Easily assessable from West bay road.

  The location cannot be beaten for this condo. I'll go room by room so you know what to expect:
  Entry - this can use a bit of cleaning as there are bugs etc around that can be swept away.
  Bedroom - The bed is a full-size bed, very aged and not supportive, tattered almost. A nice queen bed would be ideal. The closet had some sanding work, but was not cleaned up so our clothes got dirty when placed in the closet. The AC is barely sufficient. The air is not as cool as the other rooms, and the fan is very loud.
  The bathroom is very spacious, there is a leak from the bath when showering into the general area that floods the space. It makes about 1/2 the bathroom soggy and not comfortable.
  The kitchen is great. Has all the amenitiese you can ask for. There is some electronic equipment that can be moved as water gets spilled on it.
  The living room is very spacious. The couch needs to be replaced - it's sunken and not supportive and prob ages old.
  The Patio is nice, the drying rack is broken so useless. It's also full of bugs and some routine spraying can help alleviate.
  Hope this helps in what to expect. Would I stay here again- maybe, not convinced as there may be better options around.

  Our experience was exactly as described and what we were looking for in a location. The trees provide nice shade , spectacular beach and the view can’t be beat. The condo is well supplied and beautifully decorated. Management was prompt and professional, very nice. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed as follows, ceiling fan in bedroom is off balance and makes a huge amount of noise, bed is extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced with something high quality ,same for sofa bed. This place is spotless and has plenty of bath and beach towels. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen, we really loved our stay and plan to return on a regular basis, if the bed and fan are replaced!

  Once again the stay was wonderful. White Sands 11 is a beautiful condo. But the beach is the star. It is so nice to have trees for shade and a soft sandy beach. The water was clear and warm enough to swim. My wife learned hot to paddle board with one of the on-site boards and really enjoyed her morning rounds. Cayman is a wonderful island, safe, clean and with unbelievable restaurants. Have already booked for next year.

  We had an AMAZING stay at White Sands! It was a perfect getaway RIGHT on the water! In Unit 11 you just open the slider and you step out onto the sand. The unit was very clean (cleaning smell a bit strong at first) and fully stocked with whatever you may need. A rental car would be helpful if you want to do any excursions. We mostly stayed at White Sands but did get a rental can and drive to some local restaurants and the grocery store a shore while down the way! There are some restaurants in walking vicinity in both directions. Coccoloba at Kimpton is a fun restaurant right on the beach (a bit pricey but fun) and there is a coffee shop and some other restaurants in the resort as well. In the other direction (we drove but you could walk along the beach) Alfresco was delicious and the outside patio area was perfect to eat while gazing out on the crystal clear water! We would definitely stay here again and recommend White Sands 11 to all of our friends!

  We've stayed at White Sands many times and it's always wonderful. This was our first stay in Unit 11 and we had no complaints. I do wish they had a "king" size bed but other than that I couldn't have asked for more. The unit manager, Margi is lovely and extremely accommodating. We love it so much we will be back for our third trip this year in November. Counting the days!!!

  There is no exterior maintenance at the property at all. While the renovations are definitely an improvement, the unit overall is outdated and dingy. The pictures are misleading. We never felt clean in the unit and the feces of the free range chickens on the patio didn’t help. Take your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. We checked out a day into our weeklong booking. We have been to the Caymans many times, it is unfortunate White Sands 11 didn’t live up to its billing. We insisted on a refund, but the property management company (Cayman Villas) refused, so as of this posting we are eating the costs associated with the booking. Poor service on their part to not stand behind the units they advertise. Again, go elsewhere.

  We had an absolutely amazing stay at #11 White Sands! The condo has been recently renovated and was comfortable with everything we needed in one place. The beach was pristine, the ocean postcard perfect!
