  White Sands #1 is outdated, grungy, and uncomfortable. Loud appliances, filthy area and throw rugs, horrific mushy bed with cursed feather pillow. I could go on but you get the picture. Beautiful vacation otherwise.

  White Sands condo is just what we were looking for. Simple accommodations on Seven Mile Beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The condo opens up to a beach with plenty of trees to provide shade. This is so much more convenient than staying at one of the big hotels because your condo is just steps away from the beach. Also you don't have to fight for a good spot on the beach...they're all good. Marji, the manager of the condo, was very helpful...even driving us to the supermarket our first day to pick up groceries. We didn't rent a car but just used taxi service where ever we wanted to go. The only downside to this condo is the dryer which is on it's last leg and didn't dry things well at all.

  My husband and I enjoyed a week at this perfect condo on Seven Mile Beach in October 2023. The condo is right on the beach. It was ideal to open the sliding door and walk right out through the beautiful palm trees to the Caribbean ocean. And the week we were there, there we only two other couples we saw at the complex. One day, we had the entire beach to ourselves! The condo itself offers a comfy king-size bed and all of the amenities you need (and then some!) to cook and prepare meals. Something I found to be especially thoughtful was a cooler was included with the condo, which we did use to have drinks on-hand when coming out of the water. There are several perfect palm trees on the land between the condo and water, and they made for some gorgeous photos and sunsets. And we used the hammock a couple of evenings to watch the sunset. This condo and the complex itself thought of everything! You will be very happy if you choose to stay here!

  The location cannot be beat! You step directly out from your condo onto a beautifully manicured beach, the water is steps away. This portion of the beach is very quiet and great for a relaxing get away. The bus stop is right at the turn in to the condo so it provides easy access. You can also take a 10 minute beach walk to the Kimpton for drinks/dinner. The condo itself is spacious and has everything you need. The king size bed was super comfortable.
