Villa Bellagio

Nestled amongst whispering palms on the bio-bay in the popular Cayman Kai area, on the north coast, is a comfortable family home that welcomes all!

Arranged on two floors, this is the perfect ‘home from home’ with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms (the half bath is outside in the building next to the pool). This beach house makes for the perfect retreat for a family get-together or a group of friends planning for a relaxing vacation. There is a large King bedroom/bathroom downstairs, and then 4 bedrooms upstairs (3 Kings and Twins), all with ensuite bathrooms. There is a small 2nd floor balcony at the top of the stairs, for those of you keen to wake up early and watch the sunrise! There is also a private balcony off the Master Suite, allowing guests to enjoy morning coffee before an adventurous day or an evening cocktail to watch the sunset! The newly remodelled gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast for a large group of 12. Two ovens, a large stove, a wine fridge and a huge center island with bar stools, means everyone can comfortably gather and socialise, dicuss their day and prepare a delectable meal!

The private pool and outside area (enclosed with railings for your privacy and safety), allows for casual BBQ’s in the warm sunshine or cool moonlight, with a tranquil beach, private boat dock and hammocks to laze about on. There is ample picnic tables for outside dining, and numerous sunloungers for all to lay around the pool and soak up the sun! This property has many “toys” to play with such as kayaks (1) and paddleboards (4) to explore the cove, and if you are lucky enough you can paddle out at night to catch the amazing light show in the water produced by mother nature herself, the bioluminescence! The dock allows you the option to easily rent a boat for a few days or your whole stay! There are also bicycles (7) to explore the surrounding area, and we suggest heading over to Star Fish Point for a swim and snorkel and to watch the sunset!
(Please note that the Hobbie Cat is not for guests use - that belongs to the owner.)

Situated close by are Rum Point Beach and Kaibo Yacht Club, which offers some wonderful wining & dining options, from beach barbecues to famous mudslide cocktails to gourmet cuisine! You also have options for water-bound activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, jet- skiing, boating and trips to Stingray City. Just a quick drive out of the area (5-15 minutes) will lead you to some of the best restaurants the island has to offer as well as a corner store, a full grocery store and some amazing activities like the Crystal Caves. A rental car is recommended as this property is about 45 minutes from the Airport.

After a full day be sure to head back to Villa Bellagio in time to catch the sun’s finale as it sinks into the horizon of the Caribbean Sea. It is truly unforgettable!

The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal. The fact that each bedroom had a bath was wonderful. We definitely enjoyed the pool and beach area. Got great use out of the paddleboards and kayak.

  This was a very beautiful home. It had everything we needed to cook and make drinks. The pool was wonderful after a day at the beach. The home was very clean and had plenty of towels. The only thing is they should have available a small vacuum to use for sand brought in.
  The beach area was nice. It has some grassy things in it that usually not there according to the locals.
  Went to Starfish alley right up the road. No need to book that trip.
  Kaibo is a nice bar right up by there by starfish alley. Rum Point Resort has a nice restaurant also.

  What a great house! Our family of 7 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby stayed for a week. The house had everything you would need. It was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked including spices and oils. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. We loved the kayak and paddle boards that were supplied. We rode the bikes to Rum Point and to Kaibo. Only disappointment was not being able to swim in the bay. The bottom is filled with Jelly fish. Other than that we would definitely recommend this house!

  This home is in paradise on what is called the Bioluminescent Bay. From the dock in the evening you could experience the magic of the dinoflagellates. During the day, spend time in the pool or paddle board, kayak or snorkel in one of the easy to access places. The home is clean, spacious and comfortable for our family. The pool has a bathroom off the deck and washer/dryer in a separate cottage.

  Private Beach, Pool, and a beautiful, spacious House for the 9 of us (3 couples + one 3yr old and two 1 yr old)... what more could you ask for?? We loved the surplus of lounge chairs, and thoroughly enjoyed the paddle boards and kayak on Bioluminescence Bay! The place is an easy walk from Rum Point Club (highly recommend), as well as KAIBO and Starfish Point (also great). Definitely need to plan ahead for groceries. The house worked very well for our group, and Barbara was kind and helpful. Villa Bellagio was a great decision!

  We arrived to Villa Bellagio and immediately loved this house!! It was spotless, tastefully decorated, spacious for our group of 8, amazing closets, gorgeous kitchen(chef’s kitchen!), lots of bathrooms, and phenomenal outdoor space. The pool was amazing and the bioluminescent bay in our backyard that we could explore by paddle board and kayak was awesome, stunning, and so much fun! The adults and kids were thrilled! The pictures on the website do not do the property justice.
  The location is on the quieter end of the island (which we prefer)in Rum Point...about a 1hr drive to the airport and the hustle and bustle of 7Mile beach...this house provides a peaceful place to return to after a fun filled day of island exploration! We also enjoyed the low key Rum Point Beach Club just down the street - great beach spot and enjoyed our dinner there! I would recommend getting groceries “in town” before heading to Rum Point or you will have serious limitations at the little “market” in Rum Point and it is extra pricy! We had big plans for our week stay in Cayman- swimming with dolphins, stingrays, starfish point, beach party at Kaibo, snorkeling, the caves, However, Hurricane Beryl (deemed a CAT 5) had other plans. Sadly, after 3 days of what should have been an 8 day stay...we made the difficult decision to secure evacuation flights off the island. We struggled with what the right thing to do was...spoke with locals at the beach who were SO kind- provided us with the information necessary to accurately follow the Cayman Weather and Government directions... our property manager, Barbara, was the sweetest and most genuine person... so caring, compassionate, and supportive to our family while we worked through this process. Cayman Villas was extremely accommodating, responsive, and understanding. Our visit may have been cut short, but it did not take long to see what a special place Villa Bellagio is and the island as a whole.... We were so

  Villa Bellagio is the perfect location for relaxing near Rum Point/Cayman Kai. There are plenty of toys for both the lagoon (stand up paddle boards, kayak) as well as floats for the pool! The sun shades added some escape from the heat. The kitchen is well appointed with two wine refrigerators to store beverages. The only need is a icemaker (there is a small one in the main refrigerator door, so a bag or two was needed for drinks/water). Plenty of space outside, and two sitting areas inside, a screened porch off the master, plus a porch facing the mangroves on the second level. Another great place to gather is the covered table with ceiling fan on the pool deck. A favorite of our family of 7. Unfortunately, we have to leave to be able to come back! This home, the property managers and the island have been a blessing to our family.

  Our family of 10 spent an entire week at this Villa and were 100% satisfied with the house, location, kitchen, pool and management. Barbara was great and helped us with a couple very minor issues with the house. She even drove about 1 hour to deliver us batteries for a beeping smoke detector. The house location is probably the best on the island situated on the quiet, pristine bioluminescent bay. You can see and paddle board or kayak to the open ocean, but are protected from stronger ocean winds. The house is very luxurius, and well equiped. Each bedroom having a private bathroom is a huge plus. There is also a bathroom in the poolhouse when you are on the beach or at the pool. We cooked most of our meals and the kichen is excellent and very well equiped. We did not find a single flaw with this house or location. This part of the island is quiet and beautiful, very different vibe from 7 mile beach. We much preferred rum point over the hustle and bustle of 7 mile. If we came back we would 100% stay in this house.

  Villa Bellagio is a beautiful property in a quiet part of the island, perfect for a family vacation.
  Had it not been for our wonderful property manager Barbara however, it could have gone sour very quickly. Over two days, the majority of the smoke alarms were going off randomly and had to be replaced. The a/c thermostat control also had to be rebooted several times in order to work effectively. During these times, six adults and a young baby had to make alternative arrangements to relax outside and away from the house. Barbara was tireless in her efforts and ensured that all the problems were eventually rectified.
  The Villa was immaculate inside and out, perfect for a multi generational family with a young baby. The pool and beach area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying family fun. Our favorite haunts were The Wreck Bar and Kaibo beach, as we stayed local this time.

  We were 3 families (5 adults, 6 children aged 3 and under) and the villa was well-suited for our group. The villa was spotless, kitchen well-stocked and modern, rooms were large, pool was perfect with lots of covered areas. Downsides are the distance to Seven-mile/airport/large grocery stores, and beach is a little sandy/rocky so hard to walk on. But being right in the bioluminescence bay was spectacular and saves you a trip right there! Beds were really comfortable though pillows could use some variety. Large bedrooms and ensuite for most was great for multiple families. Barbara was extra quick to reply and helpful with any questions we had. We rented equipment for the kids which was delivered to the villa beforehand as well. Would highly recommend!
